Free
Curious about how I can support your journey to better health? Many states of health and even pain are driven by an emotional state. Flower Essences can help you regain that balance. Book in a 15-minute session where we can discuss your health concerns, how I can help, and what the healing process will look like.
Initial Flower Essence Consultation
$90
In this gentle and supportive session, we will explore your current emotional health, spiritual health, and a snapshot of your lifestyle (sleep, exercise, stress, etc). Together, we’ll uncover the areas where you may need balance, clarity, or support. We will create a safe space for you to comfortably express yourself.
I will create a personalised Flower Essence blend designed specifically for your unique needs. Your remedy will support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and harmony, helping you move through challenges with greater ease.
If necessary, I may also recommend a full health consultation to further explore and get to the root cause of your symptoms that need further support with herbs, food as medicine, and lifestyle adjustments.
This initial consultation will take about 45 minutes but may need to allow for up to 60 minutes. Each consult will include:
- A one-on-one consultation,
- A personalised flower essence blend (postage additional),
- Further information on Flower Essences and how they work,
- Guidance on how to use your blend for the best results; and
- A referral to a medical or allied health professional, where required.
Initial Health Consultation
$100
In this session, we will do a comprehensive history of your health, as well as delve deep into your current health concerns. We will gather data on your lifestyle, diet, gut health and any other areas of immediate concern. This will help us get an overall picture of your current health status and where support is most needed. Please note that due to the time allowance and how unique each and every person is, we may not be able to gather ALL the information in the initial consultation.

I will then curate a prescription in regards to the information that I have gathered. This can be through herbs, small dietary changes, and/or small lifestyle changes. As no two people are alike, your prescription will also be unique to you.​

This initial health consultation can take up to 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case. Each consult will include:
- A one-on-one consultation,
- A personalised prescription according to your current needs; and
- Support on getting your prescription filled from our distributor or from your local herbal dispensary.
Follow-up Consultations
Health - $80; Flower Essence - $70
In these sessions, we will revisit your current health and observe the shifts that has become since your last visit. We will also further explore the different areas of your health that were previously missed due to time allowance. This will help us piece together the jigsaw that is your health.
Another prescription will be curated after this session which may or may not be the same as your initial.
The follow-up consultation can take up to 60 minutes for the health consultations and 45 minutes for flower essence consultations.
